PwC Legal and PwC advise Founders of Hornetsecurity on investment of TA Associates

A team from PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) and PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (PwC Germany) provided legal and tax advice to founders of Hornetsecurity on the investment by TA Associates (TA) in Hornetsecurity.

Hornetsecurity provides a range of products designed to protect more than two million users against cyber threats. Its product portfolio includes email security, backup solutions, archive & continuity and security awareness training. TA will join existing investors comprising growth equity firm PSG Equity and growth equity investor Verdane as well as the Company’s management team. The investment aims to further support Hornetsecurity’s product build-out and international expansion.
