PwC Legal and PwC Germany advise auxalia and Sophora on acquisition of Dutch ICN Group

(PwC NL) has provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to auxalia and Sophora Unternehmerkapital on the acquisition of the Dutch ICN Group.
auxalia – a portfolio company of Sophora Unternehmerkapital – is one of the leading software providers for the construction industry in the DACH region. auxalia distributes the entire Autodesk architecture, engineering, construction and building information modeling portfolio. In addition, auxalia develops and distributes its own applications that enhance Autodesk solutions.
Sophora Unternehmerkapital is an independent and owner-managed private equity firm based in Munich with a focus on medium-sized companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
ICN Group offers solutions and services in the field of architecture, engineering, construction and design & manufacturing. With over 39 employees, ICN operates the largest CAD web shop in the Benelux and develops specialized tools for the Dutch market.
The acquisition of ICN Group marks the first step in the buy-and-build strategy of Sophora Unternehmerkapital and auxalia.
