PwC Legal certified as Partner under the ISDA Create Partnership Programme

PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) has been certified as a partner under the ISDA Create Partnership Programme. The programme is operated by CreateiQ and S&P Global Inc. The Partnership Programme was launched with a group of selected firms from the industry. It is aimed at professional service providers that support market participants in the creation, negotiation and execution of ISDA documentation via the ISDA Create platform.
The Partnership Programme provides for a structured exchange between certified partners and the ISDA Create team. Its objective is to support technological advancement and process efficiency in the derivatives market.
As a certified partner, the PwC Legal team has completed an interactive training programme and passed the ISDA Create qualification assessment. PwC Legal's clients therefore have access to a fully certified team that can draft, negotiate and execute ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes and related documentation directly on the ISDA Create platform—with shorter turnaround times and reduced operational risk.
