PwC Legal advises Companyon Analytics in post-seed financing round of EUR 2 million
Dusseldorf, 18th August 2023.
Led by Dr. Johannes Auf dem Kampe, PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) advised the Dusseldorf-based software company Companyon Analytics GmbH in its post-seed financing round of over EUR 2 million.
Since its founding in March 2020, the Dusseldorf-based fintech has been active in the field of developing and providing software for the preparation of financial data and key figures for corporate planning, analysis, reporting and corporate management, and in particular offers intuitive & AI-supported controlling solutions for start-ups and the midmarket.
PwC Legal advised Companyon Analytics GmbH on all legal issues in connection with the post-seed financing round. The seed financing round in 2020 was already comprehensively advised by PwC Legal. In the course of the post-seed financing round, NRW.BANK also invested in Companyon alongside various business angels.
With the new capital, Companyon intends to further expand its successful business.
