Webinar – EU Foreign Subsidy Regulation

In January 2023, the FSR entered into force, giving the EU Commission wide-ranging powers to investigate subsidies from outside the EU which may distort competition in the single market, from July 2023. In addition, companies involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or public procurement processes may be required to notify the Commission and obtain approvals.
