PwC advises Argentus on combination with Westbridge Advisory

A multidisciplinary team of PricewaterhouseCoopers AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) and PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (PwC Germany) provided advised Argentus Holding GmbH (Argentus), a participation of GENUI, on the combination with Westbridge Advisory GmbH.
The team of PwC Legal provided to Argentus comprehensive advice in particular in the areas Corporate/M&A, Financing, IP/IT/Commercial, Energy Law and Labour Law. PwC Germany advised Argentus Holding GmbH on tax issues in the context of the transaction. PwC Legal and PwC Deutschland had already advised GENUI on the acquisition of Argentus.
The merger of Argentus and Westbridge Advisory will create a leading Environmental Social Governance (ESG) advisor in the German real estate industry. The combined group will have both the capacity and expertise to provide strategic and operational sustainability advice to the entire industry.
Argentus supports and accompanies clients of all asset classes on the German and European real estate market with regard to sustainable building management. Its services include commercial and technical energy management, real estate consulting and, in particular, sustainability management.
Westbridge Advisory specialises in optimising the operating costs of real estate portfolios and in facility and energy management consulting. The consultancy also supports investors and property owners in the operational development and implementation of ESG strategies.
