Tobias Lutz has specialized in the area of white collar criminal law. He represents and defends companies and individuals in criminal and administrative offence proceedings. In doing so, he can draw on his experience as a former public prosecutor in a department focusing on white collar crime. In addition, he advises companies on compliance issues, particularly in the areas of anti-money-laundering and anti-corruption. His preventive advisory activities also extend to sanctions and embargoes of the European Union.
