About me
Tobias von Tucher has been licensed as a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) in Munich since 1998 and worked at a large leading international law firm until 2016. He advises medium-sized and DAX-listed companies regarding international technology transactions as well as research and development agreements. He focuses on providing advice regarding complex IT and digitalisation projects. In the area of commercial law, he mainly deals with complex supply agreements as well as the implementation of the requirements of the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (Gesetz über die unternehmerischen Sorgfaltspflichten in Lieferketten – LkSG). He has extensive experience in the area of contract design, especially with regard to licensing law.
