PwC Legal and PwC advise ARMOR Print Solu-tions on its acquisition of THS Group

A multidisciplinary team of PwC Legal, the auditing and consulting firm PwC Germany and PwC France advised ARMOR Print Solutions SAS on its acquisition of THS Group.

ARMOR Print Solutions has been offering a comprehensive product and service portfolio since the 1990s, ranging from remanufactured printer cartridges to managed print services (MPS) and semi-industrial inks. Headquartered in Nantes (France), the company has industrial and logistics sites in Morocco, Poland, the Netherlands and Germany. THS Group, a partner of the specialized trade, also offers an extensive portfolio of printer consumables and spare parts for copiers and printers. In addition, the subsidiary MHS is one of the leading MPS solution providers in Europe.

The new group will employ 700 people and build a European market leader that offers all alternative printing products and services to office resellers and IT resellers.
