Dr Steffen Nguyen-Quang is a specialist lawyer (Fachanwalt) for employment law and has more than eleven years with (cross-border) restructuring projects, outsourcing, carve-outs, mass dismissals and acquisitions, including negotiations with trade unions and works councils. His engagements have included the cross-border restructuring of an international company across 18 countries with the involvement of more than 50 lawyers. In addition, he assists with the establishment of SE companies and the introduction of matrix structures. He provides advice in all areas of collective and individual labour law.
