During his many years of working for various international law firms, Gerung von Hoff has gained more than 15 years of experience in antitrust law. He represents companies in international transactions involving global, EU, and German merger control, in global, EU, and German antitrust proceedings, and regularly advises international companies on general antitrust law and antitrust compliance issues.
Gerung von Hoff is also a specialist lawyer for procurement law, and the focus of his work is on advising public and private clients in the design and implementation of, as well as participation in, complex procurement procedures. Additionally, he represents his clients before procurement review bodies, competition authorities, and in German and European courts.
