PwC Legal advises UPLINK NETWORK GmbH on its merger with DIVICON MEDIA HOLDING GmbH

Berlin/Munich, 28 February 2024

A team of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) has provided comprehensive legal advice to UPLINK NETWORK GmbH (UPLINK) in its merger with DIVICON MEDIA HOLDING GmbH.

As a result of the merger of these two radio solution providers, UPLINK will operate over 700 locations with more than 1,200 FM transmitters, 9 DAB+ multiplexes with a total of 70 DAB+ stations, as well as various other radio solutions such as Private 5G, LoRaWan, and its own data center in Frankfurt.

PwC Legal has previously advised UPLINK in past transactions, most recently in the merger of UPLINK Digital GmbH with nacamar GmbH and RauteMusik GmbH.
