PwC Legal advises Konzmann on the acquisition of BVT Bellmann Group

A team of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) provided comprehensive legal advice to Konzmann GmbH (Konzmann), a portfolio company of Adiuva, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the BVT Bellmann Group, in particular in the areas of corporate law/M&A, IP/IT/commercial and labor law.

Konzmann is a leading provider in southern Germany of building technology services (e.g. design construction and operation) with a focus on ventilation, heating and cooling. Konzmann has more than 700 qualified workers (Fachkräfte) of its own. With the acquisition, Konzmann intends to expand its activities in the western Germany region.

BVT Bellmann operates in the same segment with a regional focus on the Saarland and has 140 employees. The previous majority shareholder of BVT Bellmann, Dr. Harald Bellmann, will remain in the group as shareholder and managing director.

Adiuva is a private equity firm that makes long-term investments in medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries.
