PwC Legal advises fashionette on the acquisition of Dutch online retailer Brandfield

An international team from the PwC Legal network has advised fashionette AG, Düsseldorf, on the acquisition of Brandfield Holding B.V. and Fastylo Holding B.V., both of Groningen (Netherlands).
Brandfield is a pan-European online retailer of premium fashion accessories with a focus on the core region of the Netherlands and Belgium. Brandfield’s wide range consists of high quality fashion accessories such as jewellery, watches and leather goods.
fashionette is a leading European data-driven online platform for premium and luxury fashion accessories such as handbags, shoes, sunglasses, watches and jewellery. With the acquisition of Brandfield, fashionette intends to significantly increase market share and expand geographically in Europe in addition to accelerating the scaling of its data-driven online platform for premium and luxury fashion accessories.
