PwC Legal advises DPV Deutscher Pressevertrieb on the acquisition of a majority stake in bitmanager-media GmbH

PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) has advised DPV Deutscher Pressevertrieb GmbH, a subsidiary of publishing company Gruner + Jahr AG & CO. KG, on the acquisition of a 50.1 percent share in bitmanager-media GmbH. bitmanager-media provides IT services focusing on customer relationship management systems (CRM) and has been collaborating with DPV for several years on developing a joint CRM platform.
