Frederik Vogt has more than 18 years of practical experience of advising medium-sized companies and multinational groups as well as their owners and governing bodies. His advisory activities focus on questions of corporate law, especially restructuring, M&A transactions and joint ventures. He has also been an author for the Beck GmbH Handbook since 2009 (currently in its sixth edition – 2021).
