Minkus Fischer has approximately ten years of practical experience in the area of corporate/M&A and focuses on mid-cap M&As, private equity and venture capital. He has extensive experience of providing advice on German and international corporate transactions, joint ventures, the acquisition and sale of majority and minority interests as well as the coordination of international project teams.
