Tobias Koppmann provides advice to German and international clients regarding transactions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general matters of corporate law. He focuses on providing advice in relation to complex M&A and private equity transactions. He became a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) in 2005, has worked at leading international law firms in Munich and has been on secondment in Berlin and Hong Kong. He arrived at PwC Legal in 2023 and previously studied law in Bayreuth and Passau. He completed his doctoral studies at the Humboldt University of Berlin and completed his legal clerkship (Rechtsreferendariat) in Nuremberg, Frankfurt am Main and Melbourne. He regularly publishes materials on topics of corporate law.
