PwC Legal and PwC Germany advise auxalia and Sophora Unternehmerkapital on the merger of auxalia with WESTCAM Group

A multidisciplinary and international team from PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (“PwC Legal”) and PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (“PwC Germany”) has provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to Sophora Unternehmerkapital (“Sophora”) and its portfolio company auxalia GmbH (“auxalia”) on the merger of auxalia with WESTCAM Group (“WESTCAM”) headquartered in Mils/Hall (AUT). Following the acquisition of ICN Group in summer 2024, this transaction marks another step forward in the buy-and-build strategy developed by Sophora and auxalia.

auxalia is one of the leading Autodesk-based software providers for the construction industry in the DACH region. As Autodesk Platinum Partner and Autodesk Construction Cloud Elite Partner auxalia distributes the entire Autodesk AEC and BIM portfolio.

WESTCAM is an Austrian company, specializing in industrial automation and digital solutions. It provides products and services in the fields of industrial printing technology, automation technology, robotics, software solutions and machine control systems.
