Dr. Jörg Ritter, Partner in the Munich office and member of the Corporate Group. He focuses on M&A transactions, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate litigation, German and international tax law and insolvency law. Dr. Ritter advises clients comprehensively on all aspects of corporate transactions and litigation. He represents international venture capital and private equity funds as well as a variety of family offices. Dr. Ritter was previously a partner at several international U.S. law firms.
