Dr. Qian Ma

About me

Dr. Qian Ma specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, capital markets law, intellectual property law and commercial arbitration. With more than 20 years of professional experience, she assists both Chinese and multinational clients with their legal matters in Germany and internationally. Before her tenure at PwC, she worked at a Magic Circle law firm, where she co-led its China Desk in Germany and the Asia-to-Europe Work Group in Continental Europe. Dr. Ma is a regular speaker and moderator at international conferences and has published books and articles related to German and Chinese law in Germany. She also teaches at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, and the University of Warsaw (Poland) as well as the Jilin University (China).
