PwC appoints Dr. Frederic Mirza Khanian as Global Legal Business Solutions Leader
The international network of PwC and PwC Legal appoints Dr. Frederic Mirza Khanian as Global Legal Business Solutions Leader, effective July 1, 2023. Under the umbrella of Legal Business Solutions, PwC consolidates traditional legal services with New Law offerings such as legal department transformation advice, including Legal-Tech consulting and implementation, and Managed Legal Services.
Dr. Frederic Mirza Khanian is a partner at PwC Legal in Germany, currently leading the Corporate Law practice group. Additionally, Dr. Frederic Mirza Khanian has held several international leadership positions at PwC, including serving as the Legal Business Solutions Leader for PwC Europe and Global Co-Leader of the International Business Reorganization Network.
With over 15 years of experience as a lawyer, Dr. Frederic Mirza Khanian spent more than 10 years at the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, working in New York, Dubai, and Düsseldorf. At PwC, he regularly advises global clients on large national and international reorganization projects. He succeeds Tony O'Malley, who led PwC's global Legal Business Solutions Network for four years. Tony O'Malley remains at PwC and was recently appointed as the Chief Risk & Ethics Leader for PwC Australia.

His appointment also signifies the success of our integrated consulting approach within our Tax & Legal Services and his contributions to the Global Transformation Group in Germany.
