PwC advises shareholders of venITure on the sale to Adaptavist

Led by Dr. Johannes Auf dem Kampe, an international and multidisciplinary team from PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal), PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (PwC Germany) and other consultants from the global PwC network advised the shareholders of venITure GmbH on the sale to Adaptavist Group Limited. The combined group now values above EUR 500 million.
