PwC Legal advises Magritek on cross-border conversion from New Zealand via Belgium to Germany

A team of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) has provided comprehensive legal advice to Magritek on the identity preserving cross-border conversion of Magritek Holdings Limited (New Zealand) via Belgium (in the legal form of a public limited company) to Germany into the German legal form of a limited liability company (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, GmbH) under the corporate name Magritek Holdings GmbH.

Founded in 2004, Magritek is an advanced technology company exporting from Germany to customers all over the world. The initial technology and IP used in Magritek products was developed by research teams at RWTH University, Germany, and Massey University and Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.
