PwC Legal and honert + partner advise on succession planning for trade fair booth constructor ZEEH DESIGN

PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) has provided legal advice to the private equity firm HANNOVER Finanz GmbH on the acquisition of a majority stake in the ZEEH DESIGN Group. The Seller was comprehensively advised by the law firm of honert + partner (Munich).
The acquisition by HANNOVER Finanz provides for a succession plan for the previously owner-managed ZEEH DESIGN Group. The management of ZEEH DESIGN has acquired a stake in the company by a management buy-out.
HANNOVER Finanz is an investment company focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises. Founded in 1979 and based in Hanover and Vienna, the company currently manages investment capital of more than EUR 700 million. The portfolio comprises 40 companies in Germany and Austria.
ZEEH DESIGN conceives and realizes sophisticated corporate identities and brand spaces worldwide (e.g. for trade fairs, road shows and general meetings). The company, which has offices in Puchheim (near Munich) and Stutensee (near Karlsruhe), employs around 90 people. The most recent annual turnover amounted to EUR 22 million.
