PwC Legal advises Cherry SE on sale of hygienic input devices business to Contour Design Nordic A/S

A team of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) has provided legal advice to Cherry SE on the sale of its hygienic input devices business (formerly Active Key GmbH) to Contour Design Nordic A/S.
The sale of the business for hygienic input devices to the Danish peripherals manufacturer Contour Design Nordic A/S was implemented in the form of an asset deal. The closing of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of customary closing conditions and is expected in the second quarter of 2025. Cherry SE is an international manufacturer of computer input devices such as mechanical keyboards, mice, microphones and headsets for applications in the office, gaming and industrial sectors for hybrid working as well as hardware and software solutions in the field of digital healthcare.
