A multidisciplinary team from PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) and the PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (PwC Germany) advisedKEVAG Telekom GmbH, a joint venture of Energieversorgung Mittelrhein AG and Süwag Energie AG, on the acquisition of teliko GmbH from W.D.S. Werner Dommermuth Besitz- und Beteiligungs-GmbH & Co. KG.
teliko GmbH focuses on B2B business and offers a wide range of highly specialised telecommunications services such as its own data centre services with a focus on the Westerwald-Mittelhessen region.
KEVAG Telekom operates broadband networks and markets its telecommunications services to private and business customers with a focus on the Koblenz-Mittelrhein region. KEVAG-Telekom intends to use the transaction to expand its sales territory and product portfolio and to leverage synergies. This concerns in particular the expansion of the personnel structure through experienced specialists as well as an expansion of the data centre business.
