PwC Legal and PwC advise Enginsight on €6 million Series A financing round
Stuttgart/Berlin, 9th October 2024
A multidisciplinary team from PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) and the auditing and consulting firm PwC Germany has provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to Enginsight GmbH on a Series A financing round of over 6 million euros. In addition to the early-stage venture capital fund UVC Partners, which led the financing round, the existing investors Smart Infrastructure Ventures, Hannover Digital Investments and seed & speed GmbH were also involved.
The Jena-based IT security company Enginsight was founded in 2017 by Mario Jandeck and Eric Range. Enginsight provides cybersecurity solutions that enable a company's entire IT to be monitored and analysed fully automatically in the shortest possible time. Customers also have the opportunity to change their perspective and uncover their own vulnerabilities through simulated hacker attacks, which can then be rectified before any actual damage occurs.
