PwC Legal advises A.R.C. Laser GmbH on strategic partnership and investment in MedTech Laser Group

A team from PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) provided comprehensive legal advice to A.R.C. Laser GmbH (A.R.C.) on the merger with G.N.S. neoLaser Ltd. to form the MedTech Laser Group with Afinum.
In the strategic partnership with Munich-based PE investor Afinum, Afinum has acquired a majority stake in A.R.C. and Israel-based G.N.S. neoLaser Ltd. with a re-investment by the founders to form the newly founded Med Tech Laser Group GmbH.
A.R.C. Laser GmbH, based in Nuremberg, is a family-owned company that has been developing medical laser products since it was founded in 1996. A.R.C. offers laser solutions for ophthalmology in particular and has recently successfully expanded its product portfolio to include surgical applications, including in the fields of ENT surgery, general surgery and veterinary medicine. G.N.S. neoLaser Ltd., based in Caesarea near Tel Aviv, Israel, also specialises in laser systems.
