An interdisciplinary team of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) and PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (PwC Germany) advised the shareholders of ahd GmbH & Co. KG (ahd) on the sale of ahd to the Swedish Proact Group.
ahd specialises in Managed IT Services, provision of cloud solutions/advice and migration, software development as well as the provision of typical system house services.
