PwC Legal advises Körber on its acquisition of the Danish logistic company Qubiqa Logistics

Pricewaterhouse Coopers Legal AG (PwC Legal) advised the international technology group Körber on its acquisition of the Danish depalletising provider.
Körber AG takes over 100% of shares in Qubiqa Logistics from the Danish investment company BWB Partners. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. PwC Legal provided Körber with comprehensive advice.

The spectrum of services covers products, systems and services to achieve fully automated material flow and order picking systems. Qubiqa Logistics patented robot technology Layer Picker® solutions have become a global market-leading product in storage depalletising technology.
