PwC Legal advises Würth Elektronik eiSos on acquisition of AMBER wireless GmbH

PwC Legal comprehensively advised Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH & Co. KG, a company of the Würth Group, on the legal aspects of the acquisition of the electronics company AMBER wireless GmbH. Due diligence, contract design, the negotiations and the execution of the purchase of company shares and assets were the focus of the consultation work performed by the lawyers at PwC Legal.
The Würth Group’s core business is the trade in assembly and fastening materials.
