PwC Legal advises the German State of North Rhine-Westphalia
PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Le-gal) has advised the Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Agriculture, Nature Conservation and Consumer Protection of the German State of North Rhine-Westphalia on the re-tendering of services so far provided by „EnergieAgentur.NRW“. A bidder consortium of agiplan GmbH and EE Energy Engineers GmbH emerged as the winner of the tender process.

„EnergieAgentur.NRW“ supports the State of North Rhine-Westphalia since 1990 in achieving its energy and climate policy objectives. The support comprises advisory services, training programmes and information events, establishing and managing knowledge exchange structures and public relations. The Europe-wide call for tenders was targeted at finding a contractor to support the State of North Rhine-Westphalia for the next six years in achieving its energy and climate policy goals.
In the course of the project, PwC Legal co-operated closely with ÖPP Deutschland AG, the Ministry’s economic advisor.
