PwC Legal advices sevDesk on Series B financing round

PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) has provided comprehensive legal advice to sevDesk GmbH (sevDesk) on the Serie B financing round led by US investor Arena Holdings. In addition to the new investors Arena Holdings and Carsten Thoma, the previous investors LEA Venture Partner GmbH & Co. KG, Wecken & Cie (Kommanditgesellschaft) and GFC Global Founders Capital GmbH participated again in such capital measure, which amounted in total to around EUR 50 million.
