PwC advises EOS Group on sale to the Finnish HARVIA Group

Frankfurt am Main, 8th April, 2020.

A multidisciplinary and international team from the PwC/PwC Legal network provided comprehensive advice to the shareholders of the EOS Group, headquartered in Driedorf (Germany), on the sale of 78.6 percent of the German and 80 percent of the Russian shares to the Finnish HARVIA Group.

EOS Group is a leading brand in the sauna industry, achieving an annual turnover of EUR 17.3 million in the financial year 2019 with 150 employees. EOS Group’s business activities comprise development, production and sale of high-quality electronic sauna heaters and control units for private and commercial sauna facilities. In addition to sauna heaters and control units, EOS Group’s product range also includes infrared technology, steam technology and a wide range of accessories.  Production takes place exclusively in Germany.
