PwC advises BE-terna Enhancement GmbH on its acquisition of the Swiss AI- and automation expert BOYDAK Automation AG

An international and multidisciplinary team from PricewaterhouseCoopers AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal), PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (PwC Germany), and other advisors from the network of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has advised BE-terna Enhancement GmbH (BE-terna) on its acquisition of BOYDAK Automation AG (Boydak).
PwC Legal has provided comprehensive legal advice to BE-terna, in particular with regard to the due diligence, negotiation and conclusion of the share purchase agreement. PwC Germany advised BE-terna on finance and tax issues.
