PwC advises SoftwareONE on the acquisition of Satzmedia

A multidisciplinary team of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal AG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (PwC Legal) and PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (PwC Germany) has provided comprehensive advice to SoftwareONE Group with respect to the share purchase agreement (SPA) and the legal, financial and tax due diligence on the acquisition of Satzmedia GmbH.
Satzmedia, headquartered in Hamburg, is a provider of Digital Experience, E-Commerce and CMS (Content Management System) solutions. With the acquisition of Satzmedia, SoftwareONE expands its capabilities in the area of Application Services – one of SoftwareONE’s strategic growth areas – to include comprehensive online platforms and complete web presences for companies and in the public sector.
