An international and multidisciplinary team from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC Legal) and PwC in Europe and Japan has provided comprehensive legal advice to Panasonic i-PRO Sensing Solutions Co., Ltd. on the i-PRO EMEA carve-out acquisition of the sales function of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH.

Panasonic i-PRO Sensing Solutions Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company, and i-PRO EMEA B.V. is established as its subsidiary in Europe. i-PRO is a global leader of advanced sensing technologies in the fields of Intelligent Surveillance, Public Safety, and Industrial/Medical Imaging.
