About me

Frank Degenhardt has more than 15 years of professional experience as a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt), especially in the area of employment law. He has been a specialist lawyer (Fachanwalt) for employment law since 2009. His area of specialisation is advice in relation to transactions. His advice encompasses the entire transaction cycle, extending from the performance of HR due diligence projects and assistance on employment law matters during purchase agreement negotiations through to design advice for the post-merger integration and/or restructuring process. He also provides advice on all matters of individual and collective labour law.
