Adrian Roseanu provides advice on all matters of European and German subsidy and grant law. He focuses on providing advice regarding notifications on state aid to the EU Commission, administrative and court proceedings as well as applying for and securing subsidies. He has particular advisory expertise in relation to regional subsidies and Important Projects of Common European Interest (IPCEI).
