Martin Beckmann advises and represents clients in complex national and international disputes in state courts, in arbitration proceedings and in out-of-court conflict resolution processes. He primarily works in the area of financial and insolvency disputes as well as disputes relating to corporate and contract law which includes post-M&A disputes. He also focuses on mass legal claims, defence against those claims and group actions. His clients include companies, wealthy private persons and insolvency administrators.
