Daniel C. Arita is a fully qualified lawyer with a specialism in German tax law and more than ten years of experience in high-end consulting for a large range of corporate and individual clients in commercial and company law and specific areas of tax law. He also represents and advises clients in tax litigation proceedings before the fiscal courts and the Federal Fiscal Court. He has (many years of) experience in litigation and represents in particular medium-sized and larger companies and group companies. He specialises in proceedings in the field of (corporate) income taxation.
