Simon Selzer advises German and international companies on matters of antitrust law and public procurement law. His area of focus within antitrust law is compliance. Furthermore, he is a specialist on the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (Gesetz über die unternehmerischen Sorgfaltspflichten in Lieferketten – LkSG). He advises companies on questions relating to risk management and risk analysis.
