About me

Philipp Rühland has been working as a corporate lawyer for over 15 years. He advises national and international companies of all sizes on all aspects of corporate law. A particular focus is on advising family businesses and their shareholders, some of whom he has been advising for many years. He has extensive experience in the drafting of articles of association, shareholders’ agreements and pool agreements, in corporate governance matters as well as in the preparation and accompanying of shareholders’ meetings and shareholders’ resolutions. If shareholder conflicts cannot be avoided despite all efforts, he also advises and represents clients before state courts and courts of arbitration. In addition, he has extensive experience with national and international corporate restructurings and he provides international clients with comprehensive support in the expansion of their business activities to Germany, e.g. in the establishment of subsidiaries and in day-to-day business activities in Germany. He has many years of experience in various supervisory bodies.
