About me

Philipp Pröbsting is a specialist lawyer (Fachanwalt) for construction and architect law and specialises in assisting with major projects in the area of structural engineering, infrastructure and industrial plant engineering (within Germany and internationally). He has more than 16 years of professional experience and has provided assistance and advice on numerous large construction projects, including in the areas of project development, power plant construction, industrial plant construction and infrastructure. He has advised German and international clients that have been both contracting entities and contractors. He is a co-author of the Beck commentary on Part C of the German Construction Tendering and Contract Regulations (Teil C der Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen – VOB/C), has written numerous contributions for specialist publications and is regularly invited to talk as a lecturer and speaker.
