About me
Michael Korn specialises in legal support of (large-scale) projects in the area of structural engineering, infrastructure (especially onshore and offshore projects) and industrial plant engineering (national and international). Currently he advises a transmission system operator on its onshore and offshore projects for more than a year. He is responsible for drafting architectural, engineering and construction contracts (FIDIC, VOB/B and BGB) in German and English. He strives to address the urgently needed transformation process with a strong focus on climate and regulatory issues (ESG) and to find legally secure solutions in this regard.
