Malte Sandhove specialises in procurement law, state aid law and antitrust law as well as providing advice within the transport sector. In the area of procurement law, she advises the public sector on the structuring and execution of complex procurement procedures, especially in the area of IT and infrastructure. She provides advice on antitrust law in relation to merger control, abuse control and cartel prohibition. In the transport sector, her advisory portfolio mainly includes advising transport companies with passenger services and addressing regulatory issues relating to the German Public Transport Act (Personenbeförderungsgesetz – PBefG).
