Laura Reuters advises German and international companies and groups as well as public bodies on questions of particular relevance to data protection and IT law. Her areas of activity include the designing and negotiation of IT contracts, the implementation of GDPR transformation projects and the legal assessment of issues in these areas, especially in relation to M&A transactions. She also deals with the topic of artificial intelligence.
