Leon Muellender is a consultant in the field of Legal Operations, specializing in the strategic and operational transformation of legal departments. He has supported numerous national and international projects, including benchmarking of legal, IP, and compliance departments, as well as the optimization of legal service portfolios and target operating models. He has extensive experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting global data, as well as in drafting comprehensive reports on the operational structures of legal and IP departments. Holding an LL.B. in Business Law and a Master’s degree in Global Economy & Strategy, he combines legal expertise with strategic and analytical thinking.
