About me
Julia Siebrecht has more than 15 years of experience advising on payment and banking law. With more than 10 years as inhouse legal counsel experience at a major international bank, Julia has firsthand knowledge of the challenges financial institutions. She has beein involved in numerous projects, including assisting payment service providers with the licensing process and passporting, designing digital payment solution, implementation and design of policies and work procedures for business units and control functions (1st and 2nd LoD), advising banks and payment service providers regarding the regulatory and contractual setup of procurement and outsourcing agreements and the development of BNPL/consumer credit schemes.
